The Experience Report uncovers the natural behaviour of users on your website. It is a “True Intent study” with actual customers (no panel). Participants surf without a specific task, and use the website in the normal way. While surfing, they provide positive and/or negative feedback. The Experience Report allows an evaluation of your current website and a before/after comparison of a redesign or prototype. With the Experience Report we give you the ability to acquire valid, representative and high-quality data from website users‘ home or work environments to answer your questions.
The data that is recorded from each user includes logfiles of accessed URLs, click points, mouse positions (every 0.1 second), scroll position on the site, viewable size of the screen and screenshots/visualised mouse movements.
